Sydney Lin's death case: Xie Lianbin appealed to insist that his wife and brother-in-law had not been killed!

Xie Lianbin appealed

The scene of the crime was stained with blood.

Xie Lianbin was accused of sneaking into the bedroom of Lin Shu (Shu Lin), his wife, on the same day, in the bedroom of Lin Shu (Min Lin), the elder brother of Lin Shu, in (North Epping) `s home in Sydney`s north Yiping. Lin Yun-ying, 45, and his wife, Lin Yunli, 43, as well as their 12-year-old and 9-year-old sons, Lin Han (Henry) and Lin Tao (Terry), and Lin Yunbin, 39-year-old sister Lin Yunbin, were killed with a blunt weapon. Police believe the five men were killed with a hammer-like weapon, all of them badly injured in the head.

In sentencing, judge also referred to the case as "very bloody", with "blood stained in the bedrooms of many of the victims."

Accused of sexual intent on her niece

Lin Jun`s eldest daughter, Lin Jun (Brenda), was studying in New Caledonia, and after her family was killed, she moved to live with Xie Lianbin and Lin Shu. Later in the trial, Lin Jun testified in court that he was often committed by Xie Lianbin sexual invasion, and prosecutors believe that one of Xie`s motives was his sexual desire for Lin Jun. It also includes money motives, as well as feelings of unpopularity at home that incite hatred against Lin.

Wife: he is innocent

Police did not arrest Xie Lianbin until May 2011. He was held in custody for years before the severely restricted bail. The police have not found the murder weapon until now, and the defense has also accused the prosecution of lack of critical evidence. Xie Lianbin has always insisted that he was not the murderer, and his wife believed in his innocence. When the jury declared Xie Lianbin guilty, Lin Shu shouted "he is innocent" in court.

However, Xie Lianbin`s father-in-law and mother-in-law insisted that his son-in-law, Xie Lianbin, was killed.

Xie Lianbin`s appeal briefly passed in the Criminal Appeals Court today, and the next appeal will be on the 13th of this month.
