A boy who was tragically hit by a car and run over by a car outside a public school at the intersection of Forest Road and Lily Street in Hurstville, south Sydney, at around 8.45am has been death.

NSW Ambulance, the new state first-aid service, said the bystanders tried to rescue the boy before the first aid arrived.

A man`s driver was arrested for the accident. It is believed that a white car seems to have rolled over the crosswalk and hit the school gate. On the car accident scene, a large green barrier has been built after the car.

`It`s for "The scene, for everyone, is very painful. The child was pulled out of the car by the passing-of-the-spot witness and regained consciousness under their rescue. We had five ambulances and a medical team, so we had a doctor at the scene to help.",` said David Steede, the duty operation manager at the first-aid service in the new state.

The boy was taken to Sydney Children`s Hospital (Sydney Children's Hospital).) Unfortunately, the boy was finally unable to save himself and was announced at the hospital as death.

Strod praised the behaviour of passing onlookers, including an off - duty nurse who performed CPR on the boy.

It is reported that no other person is injured in the incident.

At present, the area has been blocked by the police in both directions because detective investigators collect evidence from the crosswalk area.
