A Queensland prisoner assaulted police on Saturday night while "pretending to be ill" at the hospital. At the time, the female police officer in charge of the guard "had to use lethal force" to kill her shoot.
On Friday afternoon, the 28-year-old man was sent to Ipswich Hospital, southwest of Brisbane, for treatment after claiming he was "ill."
At that time, the man was separated from other patients and treated under police guard.
At about 9 p.m. on Saturday night, the man attacked the guard`s female police officer, who then shot and killed the man when she "had to use lethal force."
Although he was treated by hospital staff, the man soon died.
The woman who was attacked was seriously wounded in the face.
Police said it was a very painful incident.

Currently, the Ethics Standards Command is investigating the shoot incident with the assistance of the Crime and corruption Commission.
