A man was stabbed in Wynyard on the afternoon of June 6, and police are investigating. Police updated news that the killer had been arrested around 3 p.m.

A man was stabbed in Wynyard on the afternoon of June 6, and police are investigating. Police updated news that the killer had been arrested around 3 p.m.

A man was stabbed in front of the Wynyard train station in downtown Sydney.

At about 2 p.m., police received a report that a man was stabbed in a queue while waiting for a bus at a bus stop on Carrington Street outside the Wynyard railway station.

Rescuers rushed to the scene to find a number of knife wounds on the man`s neck. He was rushed to St Vincent`s Hospital where his life was not in danger.

The wounded man fled the scene after being killed and was seen heading towards York Street.

The assailant, Caucasian in his 30s, has a prominent boil on his face, according to witnesses. He wore a light blue coat, a black hat on his head and jeans on his lower body.

The murderer has now been arrested.
