The Indian boss of a car rental company in Sioppers has been sentenced to five years in prison for a female rape employee and may be repatriated after serving his sentence.
According to the Daily Mail, (Guarav Nautiyal), 45, owner of Perth car rental company in Western Australia, moved to Australia in 2015 on a skilled immigrant visa. In March 2016, Notiya invited victims to participate in business talks. Then he drove her home. Despite the verbal refusal and resistance of the victim`s staff, the victim was still subjected to Notiya rape.
At a hearing in the Western Australian District Court at (District Court of Western Australia), Notiya claimed he thought the two men had sex voluntarily.
However, the court hearing learned that Notiya had previously applied sexual harassment. To the injured female employees on several occasions A witness testified that Notiya improperly touched the victim`s body at the Christmas party, "like an octopus."
Judge Barros (Amanda Burrows) finally found Notiya guilty of two unapproved sexual invasion charges and sentenced him to five years in prison. In addition, Notiya must not contact the victim for life and must maintain a distance of at least 100 meters.
Notiya was married for many years and his wife was fighting for her career in Dubai at the time of the murder.
