According to the Daily Mail, on Friday night, police conducted random breathing tests on passing drivers at the (Campbelltown Road) point on (Leumeah) Campbell Road, western Sydney. Around 08:20, a driver who was driving while calling rushed to the checkpoint. Two senior police officers were seriously injured in a traffic accident, including one leg amputation.
It is reported that when the accident, the two police officers were stuck between two cars, seriously injured. They were then taken to Liverpool Hospital (Liverpool Hospital) for treatment.
