Two Hands Wines is located in the famous wine producing area of South Australia, the town of (Barossa Valley) in Barosa Valley, Nuriootpa, about 80 kilometers from Adelaide, the capital of South Australia.
Two Hands Wines was founded in 1999 by Michael Twafuri (Michael Twelftree) and Richard Mintz (Richard Mintz). The original purpose of the winery was to be able to produce the best Sierra (Shiraz) mixed wines from the fruits produced in Australia's best producing areas. They have since been working to demonstrate the diversity of Australian Seira wines.
In 2000, Two Hands Wines began its journey as a master of Scylla dry red wine with 17 tons of high-quality Silas grapes collected from (McLaren Vale) and Pastway (Padthaway) in the McLaren Valley. Once the products are on the market, they are constantly praised at home and abroad. Since then, Two Hands Wines wines have grown rapidly from Australia and the United States to 24 countries, including Britain, Canada and New Zealand.
Two Hands Wines produces a number of series of wines, including flagship (Flagship Series), garden series (Garden Series), picture series (Picture Series) and single vineyard line (Single Vineyard Series). The raw materials used to make these wines range from skin breaking to fermentation and ripening, and the winery will use block treatment to ensure the complexity and uniqueness of the final wine. Highlighting the characteristics of grape varieties is the main feature of winery wine, and the use of oak barrels is only used as a support for this characteristic.
"good quality, no discussion" has always been the core value of Two Hands Wines, so winery wines have been well received by international wine critics. Robert Parker (Robert Parker), a famous wine critic, once said, Two Hands Wines was the best wine seller in the southern hemisphere. In November 2012, winery wines were re-elected to the wine observer's list of top 100 wines of the year, Two Hands Wines is also the only winery in the world to win the award for 10 years in a row.
