Introduction of Albert Park

Albert Park is located 3 kilometers south of Melbourne's downtown, Albert Park district near the city, a suburb whose name is beautiful, with bays, lakes and green spaces. Far from the congested inner city, most houses are one-sided, but almost all have been renovated and expanded. The tree-lined spacious streets add infinite charm to this suburb. The charm is reflected in price, with most of the historic Victorian and Edward-style homes on suburban streets (protected historic heritage) being more expensive properties in Melbourne.

Albert Park was subdivided in 1854, mainly to deal with the rapid influx of South Melbourne population. With a rare London-style square in St Vincent Gardens Park, it is the most striking part of the suburb. The villas around the square are the most spacious and expensive in the suburbs, with gardens to the north and Graham Street. To the east of Beaconsfield Parade and to the west of Mills Street,

Albert Park, home to about 6000 people, is Melbourne's least populous suburb, adjacent to Melbourne's largest and best entertainment facilities.

More attractive to the suburbs is the shopping area around Bridport Street,Dundas Place and Victoria Avenue, a number of bus and tram lines located 3 kilometers south of downtown Melbourne. This is why house prices in the suburbs have risen rapidly over the past few decades. Rising house prices mean living in Albert Park requires a higher income: the 2011 census found that the median weekly income for families with children is A $3482 and that for families without children the median weekly income is A $3229. Income is 50% higher than the corresponding $2242 and A $2046 for the rest of the state.

Local preferences:

Coffee, coffee shop, deli. Bridport Street,Victoria Avenue and Dundas Place have a long history of cafes and restaurants, and the business is excellent, as if it had always been full of guests. Albert Park deli at 129 Dundas Place has been open for decades, and Avenue Foodstore at 69 Victoria Avenue is a local favorite.

Good prospects:

Nothing can reduce the attractiveness of Albert Park, even if the traditional style of property remains the same. The time-styled villas on the original eco-streets are close to the seaside, downtown, lakes and sports facilities, surrounded by public transport facilities.
