There is a place near Perth that is completely free of accommodation, 100% of the employment rate, and the crime rate is almost zero!

1. Such a place.

ABC NEWS recently released such a report that in Perth, Western Australia, there is a small town called Leinster in the north of the gold mine about 1000 kilometers northeast of Perth, Western Australia.

Everyone in town has jobs, housing is completely free, and even free exercise places and swimming pools.

"this is an oasis in the desert, and when you see the plane flying to a place where there are lots of green trees, that's Leinster." Naomi Maher, who moved to Leinster two years ago to work in mining with her husband, said.

This small town, with a resident population of about 500 people, was there in 1976. Because the surrounding mineral resources are rich, so the famous mining company BHP settled here, and all the residents of the town have a common owner: BHP. The company offers residents free accommodation, fitness facilities, swimming pools and supermarkets and coffee shops.

"if you work here, you can only live here and everyone knows each other." "people work for a company, make money, enjoy life, it's really great," Maher said.

2. Zero crime town

Even more shocking, though, is that the crime rate in this small town is close to zero!

According to crime statistics released by the Western Australian Police, there have been only three cases of theft in Leinster since last July, up from 183 in the same period of time compared to a similar-sized town near the south.

So why is there almost no crime here?

The reason is simple, everyone here has their own job, 100% of the employment rate also thought that residents have a stable income. If you commit a crime, in addition to being punished by the law, you may also be expelled from the BHP and cannot live here.

It is said that BHP has zero tolerance for such things as violent theft, and will fire you as soon as it finds out. So once someone breaks the law, they lose their jobs, their homes, everything.

Everyone here knows, so everyone obeys the rules, life is very simple.

3. A child's paradise.

Glenn Palman is the director of BHP, and he thinks it's a great place to live and raise kids.

"this town is great for kids, it has a swimming pool and a gym, and all the free facilities in the town are great," he said. "so my children live in the desert and in the jungle, and they are more athletic than the kids in the city."

A BHP spokesman said in a statement that the company was responsible for maintaining the town's facilities and providing basic medical, electricity and water services. They add that only employees of the company can live in Leinster, and, of course, visitors are welcome.

4. It's not a five-star resort.

Although he likes to live here, Mr. Palman says the town does have its limits. The first problem is that it's too remote.

Children must continue to pursue higher education after graduating from primary school, and this is not a good choice. Many families choose to send their children to other places to continue their studies.

"there's nothing special here. It's not like you moved to a five-star beach resort." Maher said. "it's definitely not for everyone. It's really hard to work here. Everyone still works 12 to 14 hours, so it's not like a holiday."

So there is no absolute Utopia in the world, some, just self-control, and the goodness of arrogance to others.
