Australia farm is a mess, beef is contaminated, buy beef to see the place of origin!

In the eastern part of the state, there is a clear-water town of Gippland, known for cows, beef and fishing and natural attractions. Among them, the most famous is the zero-polluted beaches and wetlands, and the unique natural environment is also the natural and pollution-free rangeland, which supplies high-quality beef and dairy products for Uighur people.

But recently, farmers in the small town of Gippsland have spoken out: please stop buying beef and dairy products made here!

What happened? It turned out that a gas spill at Esso's Longford, a gas company near the town, triggered a fire a few days ago that was so destructive that it kept the town in constant chaos.

In order to put out the fire, firefighters used a lot of foam and the fire was extinguished, but the remaining foam infiltrated the town of Gippsland like a plague.

Dr Charles Milne, the state's chief veterinarian, told The Age that 45 cattle and 45 sheep in the town had detected PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances) in their bodies. The main source of these substances is the fire foam used to deal with natural gas leaks.

What is PFAS? The toxic chemical, a carcinogenic and teratogenic chemical, was banned by the European Union.

Moreover, PFAS is bioaccumulative, and once it enters the natural environment, it is very difficult to decompose, so it is easy to enter the soil of plant growth or be transmitted to plants through polluted water sources and into the next food chain link.

In other words, once the town's soil is contaminated, pastures and water sources will be implicated, producing toxic beef and dairy products!

To make matters worse, PFAS has spread to surrounding areas such as RAAF East Sale and CFA Fulham, approaching Melbourne. The inspection team detected PFAS. in all the orange droplets in the image above.

Once the contaminated livestock were sent to the slaughterhouse, the spread of the virus would be difficult to control! And these toxic meats and dairy products will be on the shelves of major Victorian supermarkets, vegetable markets and wholesale meat markets!

Beef on the Victorian table, hamburgers in the restaurant, milk in the supermarket, and formula that everyone in the Chinese circle must buy. It can be said that none of these foods, because the food source is not clean, very likely to be contaminated by PFAS, disease from the mouth, the harm to the human body will be permanent, irreversible.

So far, Esso has quarantined seven dams near Longford to prevent cattle and sheep from drinking PFAS-contaminated water. State Environment Secretary Lily also said the Environmental Protection Department is trying to control the spread of PFAS pollution, but it will take at least a few weeks.
