At about 09:30 on May 16, when, Jill Perrett was on a train from Thornburn to CBD, she had to perform her jury citizenship duty, and the train was packed with crowds, when Perrett noticed that a man standing behind her was too close to her.
The man, in his early 20s, began touching her with his hand and pinning himself on Perrett, who tried to leave the man, but the man moved with Perrett twice, and could keep touching her in an inappropriate way.
"I moved straight down the aisle, and I wanted him to know that it was inappropriate. In that case, I just wanted to get out of the car."
Perrett, 49, is already the mother of three children. She got off at Flagstaff, but since most of the passengers had left at the previous stop, she found the train station empty and the assailants followed to the platform.
