A new survey shows long-term Australian residents are moving from the state capital's urban areas to remote areas of Australia, according to real estate website Realestate.

Propertyology, the buyer's agency, is reported to have analysed the (ABS) data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, pointing out that tens of thousands of big city residents thought it was time to move to remote areas, such as Bendigo (Bendigo), Cairns,. Tamworth (Tamworth) and Wadonga (Wodonga), etc., Byron Bay (Byron Bay) is also very popular.

The results show that 33 remote areas in Australia are growing at or above Darwin, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart. These include (Albury), Amidor (Armidale), Bahrain, (Bass Coast), Bendigo (Bendigo), Fraser coast, (Ballina), Bass, (Fraser Coast), Maitland, (Maitland), Macquarie harbour, (Port Macquarie), Kunbien (Queanbeyan),. Sunshine Coast (Sunshine Coast), surf coast (Surf Coast) et al.

But it's not surprising. One reason for this trend is that people want to move from expensive areas to more affordable areas.

Presley (Simon Pressley), from Propertyology, thinks the trend will continue. Sydney's 20, 000 residents leave the city every year because of expensive housing prices, some boycott emigrants and city congestion, he said, while city residents such as Perth, Adeland and Darwin leave because of a lack of jobs. At the same time, lifestyle in remote areas is becoming more and more popular, prompting urban residents in some state capitals to move inland and coastal areas.

It is reported that in fiscal year 2017, Australia's remote areas grew by 77740 people, equivalent to Australia's 29th-ranking city of Macquarie Port (Port Macquarie) population size.

Presley said the agency felt the impact of affordable housing prices, job growth and desirable lifestyles on the housing market in remote areas, many of which performed very well.
