There are two industries suddenly booming in Cheng'ao employment engine in new state of Victoria.

In last fiscal year, one state dominated job creation-a staggering 40% of new jobs were created in the new state.

Corporate consultant Levi (Conrad Liveris) analyzed (ABS) 's employment data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics and found the following findings.

The most suitable state for a job search

Last fiscal year, 40% of Australia's new jobs were in the new state. This was followed by Victoria, which created 23% of jobs, followed by Kunzhou (21%), South Australia (7.6%) and Western Australia (6.6%).

Growth in the Northern Territory, the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and the State of Towers was relatively slow.

South Australia's employment growth rate has been higher than average over the past year, but 80 percent of new jobs are held by women, implying the rise of emerging industries. The employment rate of Tasmanian women is also growing strongly.

However, South Australia, together with Kunzhou, recorded negative growth in the quarter from February to May last year. Employment growth in the new state has also slowed.

The state's employment growth is the strongest in the quarter from February to May.

Western Australia also has good news, with 75% job growth in the state in the previous quarter. But part-time jobs are up 7.7 times faster than full-time jobs.

Since 2015, employment growth in only two states has been higher than the national average of 6.13 percent and New States (8.56 percent) and New ones (7.57 percent).

Industry with the strongest growth

Two types of industries seem to be growing: personal services and construction-related services.

Since 2015, the strongest growth in percentage terms has been in construction, financial services and healthcare.

Real figures show that 193000 new health-care jobs were created during the period, followed by 137300 in construction and 76500 in hotels.

But if you focus only on the last fiscal year, about half of the job creation comes from manufacturing, even though the industry and type of work have changed.

Much of this growth is closely linked to federal government's increased investment in the defense industry and its focus on local manufacturing.

Personal services, such as healthcare, entertainment services and hotels, have seen longer-term, sustainable growth.

It's harder to find a full-time job.

The growth in part-time jobs continues, affecting young people in particular.

Over the three years between 2015 and 18, part-time jobs rose 9.3 percent compared with full-time jobs, while full-time jobs rose only 4.62 percent.

While more full-time jobs (57.81% of new jobs) were created last fiscal year, part-time jobs continued to grow at a higher rate (3.18% versus 2.07%).

New jobs account for 70% of the population aged 35 and under, 70% of whom are part-time. For people under the age of 25, the ratio jumped to 90%.

Young women have the lowest success rate in getting full-time jobs.

The situation of the elderly workers is different again.

Mid-career workers see more full-time jobs created, while older workers have the highest employment, both full-time and part-time.

New and Victoria have the fastest-growing full-time jobs, while Western Australia and Queensland are the weakest, but part-time jobs there are growing strongly.

In the previous fiscal year, full-time growth in entertainment, mining and professional services was the largest, while retail and logistics declined the most.

At the same time, part-time jobs in utilities, manufacturing and mining have increased significantly, while public administration has fallen.

More women are looking for jobs.

Between 2015 and 2018, women gained nearly 4000 more jobs than men. Since 2015, women have gained about 199000 new full-time jobs, compared with 195200 for men.

During this period, female employment rose 7.75%, compared with 4.69% for men.

When calculating both full-time and part-time jobs, women gained 186000 new jobs-60% of the 306000 jobs created.

In the past year, the fastest growth in male jobs has been in entertainment services, real estate and public administration; but in education and health care, there has been a decline.

For women, growth in utilities, mining and manufacturing was stronger; logistics fell.

Employment growth for men in Victoria and Kunzhou was strong, with Western Australia, the North Territory and ACT the weakest.
