Melbourne's road safety cameras have issued 1301098 tickets and drivers have paid more than 333 million yuan in fines over the past year, the Times reported. These drivers ran a red light or exceeded the speed limit.
In the year to March 2018, nearly 70% of tickets were issued on fixed cameras, and the Times summed up where drivers get the most tickets every day.

The intersection issued 25893 tickets a year, a total of 6839099 yuan.
This is one of the three sites with a speed limit of 40 kilometers on the list of locations with the largest number of tickets issued. Although the cameras still catch 71 violations a day on average, the number of violations is much less than it used to be. Between 2014 and 2015, more than 65,999 tickets were issued, averaging 182 violations a day.

Last year, Eastlink posted the largest list of ticket-issuing sites in two locations, one of which was the intersection.
Nearly 67,999 people on the toll road were caught by illegal cameras, with a total fine of nearly 16 million yuan.

The intersection issued 29487 tickets a year, a total fine of 6996206 yuan.

The intersection issued 30678 tickets a year, a total fine of 7074287 yuan.
The list includes three lanes leading to Geelong and three lanes to Melbourne, nearly 2/3 of which are on roads to downtown.

31532 tickets were issued at the intersection, with a total fine of 7211702 yuan.
It is reported that the site installed six cameras, monitoring 3 northbound lanes and 3 southbound lanes. Traffic data for each lane is reported separately. Data show that there are three times more speeding drivers in the right lane than in the left (slow lane).
Along the Eastlink road, drivers entering the city also had more violations than out-of-town drivers.
5) Fitzroy Street and Lakeside Drive,St Kilda intersection
Within a year, 33226 tickets were issued at the intersection, with a total fine of 8166807 yuan.
This is also the top 10 list of the second speed limit of 40 km area. The cameras were launched in March 2014, but the number of drivers caught is decreasing year by year, and perhaps drivers have finally learned to slow down as they pass through the area.

Within a year, 35669 tickets were issued at the intersection, with a total fine of 8267392 yuan.
Of the top five districts with the most tickets, three are located in Western Ring Road. Over the past year, Western Ring Road10% 's fines for traffic violations have come from speeding drivers.

Within a year, 37357 tickets were issued at the intersection, with a total fine of 10400221 yuan.
Although the region ranks third in terms of the number of tickets, the total fines are indeed the highest. This may be because drivers in the area travel much faster than the limit, resulting in higher fines.

Within a year, 39007 tickets were issued at the intersection, with a total fine of 9314369 yuan.
Every year, tens of thousands of Melbourne people are caught breaking the rules in the 40-kilometer speed limit. The camera seized nearly 40, 000 speeding drivers last year, a number that, while still large, is much less than the 93511 tickets it received between 2014 and 2015.

Within a year, 39577 tickets were issued at the intersection, with a total fine of 10278551 yuan.
The camera can catch an average of more than 100 drivers a day. But data show that nearly 67,000 cars pass through the intersection every day, so only a small percentage of speeding drivers.
But there's one place where cameras didn't hit the top ten last year, but next year it's almost beyond question.
Earlier this year, a camera was activated at the intersection between, King Street and La Trobe Street. From January to March this year, 9450 illegal drivers have been arrested, with a total fine of 2.3 million yuan, making it the fourth largest in the first quarter. The justice department says the 40-kilometer limit has always been an accident-prone area, so cameras have been installed.
In this data analysis, we combine two-way multiple camera data from one area. Some areas are far from the north and south, but are still considered to be the same area.
The data analyzed were from April 2017 to March 2018.
