An Australian family was fined A $650 by the local parliament for placing a basketball rack on the side of the road in front of its home.

According to the Daily Mail, the Queensland man, Tent Robinson, received a ticket from the Sunshine Coast Council, saying that it would have to be removed if there was a potential trip to the basketball stand on the side of the road.

Mr. robinson said the purchase of a basketball stand is for all the children of the local water, and he is now in "I don't know what the kids can do.".

It is reported that Sunshine Coast parliament initially gave notice to Robinson, asking him to move the basketball rack. Robinson made adjustments according to the regulations.

Robinson said: "at the time, the base of the basketball rack was about an inch above the sidewalk, so I thought the requirements of parliament were reasonable. I deliberately moved the basketball rack to my lawn for several inches so that there was no more danger of tripping."

After the robinson moves the basketball stand, it has never received a message from the parent. He then suddenly received a text message stating that the time limit for his mobile basketball stand was off.

Robinson soon received a fine of A $650 for not moving the basketball rack.

Robinson said: "I can't believe it's $650. I would have thought it would be $150 or $120. A $650, however, is just for the kids to play on the street, it's too expensive."

Mr. robinson does not understand why there is a complaint to the city park because every one of the blocks likes the basketball stand.

Robinson said: "All the children are going to play, and even the parents come and have a beer and shoot. That's why we're buying it. It's not just my house. The whole street is in use."
