As we all know, the new state of goverment for School Zone illegal punishment has always been very strong. There is only one reason: in order to better protect the children's safety.
Starting on Monday, the first School Zone of 2018, children have been back on campus in an effort to further protect their children's safety on the road. Called "New School Zone Crackdown" by the new state police-new penalties are in place!
If any of the following occurs:
At the intersection with traffic lights, stop within 20 meters from the intersection
At an intersection with no traffic lights, stop within 10 meters from the intersection
Will be fined $439 and deducted 2 points!
There are:
Parking position is within 3 meters of double solid line
Stop at the Drive way or site entrance.
Will be fined $330 and deducted 2 points!
School Zone refers to the section of the school during the period from Monday to Friday from 8-9 am to 30 am and 2-4 pm to 30 pm. This period of time School zone section within the speed limit of 40.
The most common violations of the School Zone are speeding, illegal parking and the use of mobile phones while driving.
