Official stamp Telstra service is the worst in Australia! It's been two months since the net was broken!

Telecom customers were forced to wait two months before they could solve the network problem-Telstra was Australia's worst telecoms service provider.

The results were released in a new report prepared after many clients filed complaints against Telstra last year.

The survey was conducted by (Australian Communications Consumer Network), an Australian communications consumer action network, and also lambasted Telstra as a "poorly performing service provider."

On average, it will take consumers 13 days to solve the problem, but for more complex problems, the wait for the game will be extended to two months.

In an increasingly saturated supplier market, the report revealed that Australia's largest belt to your company, Optus and Telstra, is less efficient than most cheaper competitors.

In fact, more than half of TPG,iiNet,Amaysim,iPrimus customers say they have a positive experience.

Those who walked into the telecom business hall were the fastest to solve the problem-usually in eight years-and those who complained by phone often had to wait more than 23 days.

According to Corbin (Teresa Corbin), chief executive of ACCAN, the results of the report leave room for improvement in the increasingly customer-centric telecommunications industry.

'it 's time to turn the balance back to the telecom company so that customers don't have to bear such a heavy cost to maintain the necessary telecommunications services, 'she said.

"almost half of the complaints received by the telecom industry watchdog last year saw customer service as a problem, so we know this is a very frustrating cause," he said.

Last year, a record 158016 complaints to the telecom industry watchdog prompted the authorities to compile the report-more than 76932 of them related to customer service issues.
