Yesterday afternoon, a Sydney man set fire to his home after a dispute with a neighbor, alleged to have attempted to kill a neighbor, according to Radio 9. The man has now been arrested.

It is reported that yesterday around 05:45, Sydney Maruba (Maroubra) a flat on the first floor of the fire. When emergency service personnel arrived at the scene, the whole house had been swallowed up by the flames.

A 30-year-old man tried to escape the scene, but was later captured nearby.

A neighbor told the media that the man dumped ignites and ignited in his apartment after a dispute with another tenant. He also broke his window and shouted to burn down the building.

The man, who sustained minor injuries, was taken to Prince of Wales Hospital (Prince of Wales Hospital) for treatment after his arrest.

On Monday, police and explosion-proof teams searched the fire unit and seized some items.

The man has been charged with a number of counts, including arson, damage to the house, attempted murder, destruction of the home, possession of unregistered firearms and so on. He was denied bail and appeared in the Willy District Court (Waverley Local Court) today.
