Australia is one of the most affordable countries in the world for rent or house prices, according to property website Realestate. Rent is considered the worst aspect of the country, according to a new survey of Australia's livable factors. However, this still dispels the enthusiasm of home buyers.

It is reported that cross-border collection agency WorldFirst conducted a survey of foreigners and overseas-born residents and came up with the latest (Australian Liveability Ranking) ranking of Australia's livable status.

The result shows that the worst aspect of Australia's perceived livable impact is rent, with only 5.2 points (10 out of 10). Followed by house prices, only 5.5 points. Political issues were the third worst, with just 5.9 points, followed by the cost of living, which also scored 5.9 points.

The best aspect of livable influence is lifestyle, with a score of 8.2.

In addition, Australia also has some of the highest scores. 7.7 for safety, 7.5 for weather and health care, 7.2 for work / life balance and 7.0 for employment.

Liddy (Patrick Liddy), head of foreign exchange trading at WorldFirst, was encouraged by the findings. He said none of Australia scored less than four points, and that even the worst housing and rent problems were above five, meaning higher than the average. Although many people now emigrate for work reasons, good quality of life and safety are Australia's biggest advantages.
