The data show that taxis are preferred to other personalized modes of transportation, Samuel said. "We believe that we can provide a more competitive service, especially when demand is very high, we will do our best to meet the expectations and needs of consumers."
In a report to the basic Services Committee, 13CABS called for an increase in the starting price for unbooked taxis.
