An Australian man pretends to fish during a torrential flood in Melbourne, and videos are posted online overnight to become Internet celebrities.
The video of the man named Paris Diaz Jordanou has been viewed more than 5 million times since Thursday.
In the video, a car begins to float in the flood, and Jordanous cries, "I'll catch him."
Social media users were too happy for his antics, and some said he should be elected "Australian of the year."
But they criticised the driver who ended up walking away, and the government has warned people not to wade.
