The (Wagga) Congress in the new state of Woga has been slow to recycle the old trash cans, and residents with a sense of humor have protested.

The city of Voga, New prefecture, began replacing 75,000 trash bins on Monday, and the parliament asked residents to put old bins on the roadside for recycling, Radio 7 reported. Looking at the old trash can left alone on the side of the road, some residents decided to have some fun, began to dress up the trash can or to pile up more than one of the trash cans to create creative shapes.

Photos circulated on the Internet showed some residents piling up dumpsters with pyramids, and residents gluing their eyes and teeth to the bins. The biggest project was to use 52 trash cans to spell the word "Woga" and to take photos from the air using drones.

Social networking site Facebook's "Woga trash can sculpture" (Bin Sculptures of Wagga) has called on residents to upload the best creative photos of the trash can, and has attracted nearly 2000 fans. The account states that sexual offending is not permitted for entertainment purposes.

According to the official statement of the Voga City Council, each family in the area can receive three new trash bins classified by different colors. The current progress of recycling the old trash bins in the parliament is 3000 per day, and it will take some time to distribute all 75,000 new bins. The mission is not expected to end until April 20 this year.

It is reported that the new state local council is generally held every 7 to 10 years to change the trash bin activities.
