Sydney's Manley Valley (Manly Vale) restaurant, "Burning King (Huoshao King)," drew local media attention on Monday by adding donkey fire to the menu.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Sydney's Burning King's Manley Valley restaurant, which looks flat, is said to be Australia's only place to offer donkey meat. Many Australians may scoff at it, but donkey fire is a common snack in northern China. Donkey burning method is simple, that is, with Chinese noodle cake stuffed donkey meat stuffing.

Reporter Gladys (Jon Geddes) said he had never eaten donkey meat before walking into the Burning King's restaurant and had only seen a live donkey at a bar in the Mexican city of Tijuana. Gladys scored 8 points and 10 points for donkey fire.

Xiao Yanyan, manager of the Donkey Burning Restaurant, (Yanyan Xiao, said the restaurant had been selling donkey fire since Monday, with a total of A $6.80 each. It sells about 30 a day, mostly from Chinese customers and some curious locals.

Gladys was interviewing at the store when he met a customer who drove for 40 minutes to buy a donkey fire. The customer packed five burners and took them away.

Xiao Yanyan said Australia currently does not have restaurants to provide donkey meat, which he believes is a market with great potential. The Burning King's donkey meat supply comes from the Northern Territory, where a large number of donkeys have had a major impact on the environment.
