The sport, which has a history of thousands of years in China, is known for its various physical benefits, as well as reducing stress and anxiety. In the past three months, the retention rate of this word has increased by 30%.

The idea that women can only do simple aerobic exercise is gone. Women now pay more attention to strength training than ever, not just to fat loss, but to muscle gain. In the past three months, the word's preservation rate has increased by 75%.
