Compared with Starbucks coffee, it is even more frightening than the Chinese-language rumor-telling media in foreign countries.

These two days suddenly "Starbucks Coffee carcinogenic" article brushed the screen. There are many official accounts, using emotional words, to say a few scary news:

The Starbucks coffee you drink has a strong carcinogen, it's terrible!

The California government demanded that coffee cause cancer and sentenced Starbucks to death!

Starbucks has been hiding the dark screen for 8 years and has finally been exposed! It's going to be over!

Friends who like to drink coffee, don't panic, according to your favorite habits continue to drink at ease.

The so-called possible carcinogen in coffee, known as acrylamide, is classified as a 2A carcinogen "likely to cause cancer in humans" by the IRAC (International Agency for Research on Cancer). Class 2A carcinogens belong to the same class of other, and often eat pigs, cattle, mutton and other red meat, and. Staying up late, in fact, is the same. Importantly, acrylamide is very common in our diet, coffee is not the main source. As long as food raw materials rich in carbohydrates and proteins, after high temperature (> 120 ℃) deep-fried, high-temperature barbecue, Maillard reaction will occur.

We often eat Youtiao, flax, is the flour fried it, there is acrylamide. Biscuits, bread, it's flour baked, there's acrylamide. Potato chips, fries, potato chips, potato chips out of it, with acrylamide. Roast meat, roast chicken wings, roast sausage, also have acrylamide.

Lots of foods may contain acrylamide, the more yellowing, browning, and scorching, the higher the content, and much more than a cup or two of coffee.

We usually say we should eat less chips, less fried barbecue, more because they are generally high in calories, single nutrition, not primarily because of acrylamide. If you really want to drink coffee to drink acrylamide beyond the standard, drinking problems, so many years to eat so many other things, how do you count?

Even if coffee contains acrylamide, it does not mean drinking coffee causes cancer. The term "coffee carcinogenesis" has a history of almost 30 years. As early as 1991, coffee was indeed listed by the authoritative IRAC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) as a class 2B carcinogen (less likely to cause cancer). But in 2016, the World Health Organization (WHO) made it clear that coffee does not have a cancer risk, as long as it is not too hot. Because if you are used to drinking hot soup above 65 ℃ for a long time, hot tea, including hot coffee, is proven to increase the risk of esophageal cancer.

As for the ruling of the California Court of Justice, it is, to be honest, quite absurd and unreasonable.

A California court ruling in the United States requires that all coffee sellers, not just Starbucks, must comply with a proposal by ProPosition 65 (the drinking Water Safety and toxic substances Enforcement Act 1986). Label coffee products with "acrylamide", a harmful substance.

Note that it was the 1986 proposal. The times are advancing! The world's leading organizations have said, coffee is not carcinogenic, okay?

If you want to be strict, you'd rather kill a thousand wrong than one, so label all other foods that contain acrylamide, okay? As for Starbucks, as the global coffee leader brand, there is nothing to hide eight years of dark secrets to the public. Only because the fame is too big, sorrowful to bear a black pot only.

More frightening than this sensational rumor itself is the sinister behind-the-scenes rumour makers.

For example, the official account, which triggered the wave of screen browsing, is basically a marketing recidivist who makes 10w or even 100w reading on WeChat from time to time by posting rumors, beguiling people and earning 10w or even 100w of reading volume on WeChat. What is the ultimate goal behind it is not easy to say, but anyone can see that they have no journalistic qualities, no ethics and a lot of cheeky, and they always distort and demonize the facts of serious foreign news reports.

Not to say, to say something near:

March 13 this article, brushed the screen, was rebuked.

March 14, this article, also brushed the screen, and was rebuked.

March 20 this article, continue to brush the screen, continue to be rejected.

Experience shows that the reading volume of these articles is estimated to be 1 million reading! Have deceived a lot of people really, really when every day is to celebrate April Fool's Day?

Dr. clove, an honorary agency for Tencent's collaboration, saw the Starbucks scandal in WeChat backstage and once again properly read and brushed the screen in 1 million.

The same fate for this article, of course, is that "content violations have been deleted." But if the WeChat platform and relevant departments do not step up their handling of this kind of nonsense, unscrupulous plans, repeated teachings, and rumors of overseas media, do they want to keep Ching Ming Festival? Don't let the abominable liar live too easily.
