Two Sydney men have been charged with killing their elderly mother.
Last year, the two men's mothers died of illness without medical treatment.
The 73-year-old was arrested Wednesday morning after an eight-month investigation into the death of the 73-year-old at Blacktown Hospital in September 2017. Hospital staff contacted investigators who believe the old woman was denied the right to continuous care and medical assistance by her two sons before she was admitted to the hospital.
Her 39-and 42-year-old sons were charged with manslaughter.
They were denied bail and will appear in Fairfield District Court on Thursday.
