According to the Daily Mail, a kind-hearted woman in Melbourne donated her clothes to a charity store, parked her car in front of the store for a short period of time, and was fined A $159 by the "ruthless parliament" of Melbourne.

Melbourne woman Gravitch (Carol Glavich) held an earlier sale of second-hand goods, hoping to spend A $9000 on her 16-year-old daughter, Holly (Holly), on a trip to Africa. After the sale, some of the items remained unsold. So Gravitch and her daughter decided to donate the rest to op shop., a local charity store in (Williamstown), Williamston.

Gravitch said he parked his car on the road in front of the charity store and took the objects into the store. Staff in the store also said it would not matter if the car trunk door was opened to indicate that the donation was being moved.

Gravitch revealed that he had only five minutes to park and that he had received a $159 parking ticket from parliament a few days later. Gravitch said he was doing good things to society, but he was punished so severely.

Gravitch explained to Hobson Bay City Council (Hobsons Bay City Council) that he hoped to withdraw the ticket, but was told today that "there is no special reason to revoke the ticket."

Mr. Gravitch also said residents had parked their cars in front of charity stores for years when they sent donations. The area has only recently been converted to a unloading area, apparently a trick played by the parliament.
