Australians appear to be dismissive of thousands of high-paying job openings, the Daily Mail reported.

Western Australia Mining is eager to fill more than 1000 jobs, covering almost all jobs, from engineers to technicians.

Over the past year, the number of mining jobs advertised online has soared by 32 percent, according to SEEK, a recruitment site, and job seekers can make a lot of money with little experience.

Perth is in dire need of heavy-duty diesel assemblers and repairmen, who only need a certificate and three years of experience as a mechanic, but earn as much as A $ one hundred and ninety thousand a year.

Those who do not mind working long hours in remote areas such as (Port Hedland), Karata (Karratha) and Pilbara (Pilbara) in Port Hedland, and (Service Person), a maintenance worker on "fly-in and out-of-(Fly in Fly out)" duty, also earn a maximum hourly salary of A $50.

Jobs outside Perth also require workers, including boiler makers, crane operators and rigging operators, dump trucks and bulldozers, and ordinary manual workers.

Other jobs, such as senior scaffolding workers, scaffolding supervisors, mechanical fitters, electricians / supervisors, senior cabinets, boiler workers, mechanic assistants, etc., are currently in the process of recruitment.

The jobs earn up to A $43 an hour, and some require a recognized technician qualification, a high-risk job certificate, and no discomfort at a higher level.

Northwest mining areas require a large number of cleaning and domestic service personnel. For people who can work long hours in hotter environments, these positions, which require minimal experience and minimum eligibility requirements, are a viable choice.

(Chamber of Minerals and Energy), the Mining and Energy Chamber, called on skilled immigrants to fill jobs that Australians do not want to take up.

The chamber's chief executive, Evelingham (Paul Everingham), said more than 1000 jobs were currently vacant in the (Kalgoorlie) mining industry in Karguri alone. "you can't whitewash them, they're currently vacant, they're not filled."

While Evelingham says companies give priority to Australian job seekers, employers are eager to hire skilled people to do the job, whoever it is.

"all Australian companies want to hire Australians first, but if there are not enough Australians," he said. Then, if we have to set up a special settlement or work area where we can find skilled workers in a short time, our [Chamber of Commerce] members will certainly welcome it. "

(John Bowler), the mayor of Carl Guggie, called the mining shortage a "crisis" and urged the federal government to bring in skilled immigrants as soon as possible.

"We have a crisis approaching, which may be exaggerated, but there are a lot of companies that say they will hire more people if they can find people," he said in an interview.
