Sydney Highway staged a bizarre scene on Sunday when a group of fishermen tied a mackerel shark on board and swung down the road, according to Radio 7.

The group is reported to have captured the 2.4m shark off the (Botany Bay) coast of Botanical Bay. They took the booty home and were photographed by passers-by.

The shark catch is nearly 40 kilometers from the fishermen's home in (Cecil Park), Cecil Park. They put the boat on the trailer, and the sharks were thrown on the boat, with their heads hanging in the air. It is not clear whether sharks are too big or too small for ships to hold, or whether these people are just showing off their prey.

According to (NSW Recreational Saltwater Fishing Guide 2018 / 2019, fishermen can bring a mackerel shark home every day without limiting the length of the shark.
