Bottom mind dharma: self-proclaimed Bodhisattva avatar earns hundreds of millions of dollars per yea

Around 2000, Australian overseas Chinese Lu Junhong founded Soul dharma. At present, there are more than 3 million believers, most of them Chinese.

He called himself Quan Yin Bodhisattva incarnation, 48 dharma bodies can be dream to save people. He held rite many times overseas every year. In the name of Buddhism, he openly recruited his disciples and used evil theories such as dispelling disease, eliminating disasters, and eliminating industry as bait, so as to eventually achieve the goal of collecting money.

According to relevant departments, Lu Junhong has acquired hundreds of millions of illegal property every year through rite and the establishment of merit boxes, teacher worship, peddling related items, and release.

As early as 2014, the Buddhism Association of China said that although the "dharma of the mind" borrowed some of the concepts and theories of Buddhism, its understanding of these contents was superficial, arbitrary in use, and even misinterpreted the basic concept of Buddhism, which was completely inconsistent with the doctrine of Buddhism. Call on Buddhism believers to be aware of the adverse effects of boycott's "spiritual dharma" so as not to be deceived.

Recently, Lu Junhong has been adopted by the relevant departments to restrict immigration measures. The law of the mind is also characterized as an illegal organization with the characteristics of cults.

In August 2015, Liang Ping, a spiritual law believer, suddenly fell to death after helping another believer carry several boxes of books.

Liang Ping, 43, has practiced "Soul Law" for five years. For five years, he got up at less than four o'clock every day. After finishing his recite or chant scriptures work, he took the book "Soul method" before he went to work and distributed it to the vegetable market, subway entrance or places where there were lots of people. It's for merit.

Liang Ping's death was defined by Lu Junhong as "pornography".

This is not acceptable to Liang Ping's wife, Huang Yin. "profiteering, pornography detracts from meritorious virtue. How could he do that if he wanted to accumulate meritorious virtue so much?"

She looked up all her husband's bank cards and social software chat records-no extra money, no ambiguous words about the information she had to say to her daughter sexual intercourse-all related to the merits of Hongfa.

On the contrary, their family life is becoming more and more difficult because of the large number of books sent to them.

Believers save sick relatives are told more recite or chant scriptures

On June 30 and July 1, some of the former believers of the spiritual Dharma were interviewed by reporters in Shanghai to introduce themselves to the spiritual Dharma.

Huang Yin joined the spiritual method because her mother was very ill.

When the news of her mother's stomach cancer suddenly knocked her down, Liang Ping told her, "there's only one way to save mom. That's recite or chant scriptures."

Huang Yin like caught the straw, followed her husband to join the spiritual Dharma practice.

She stopped going to work every day by recite or chant scriptures, but it still didn't help. After her mother died, she was addicted to the "heart dharma", and recite or chant scriptures, kept hoping for salvation's mother to ascend to the sky.

Four months after her mother's death, Huang Yin's 49-year-old sister was hospitalized with bleeding. Due to Liang Ping's identity as the main force of the Shanghai Group, believers across the country prayed for treatment for Huang Yin's sister recite or chant scriptures,.

My sister finally died. Huang was grieved by her family's continuous departure. She called Lu Junhong and was told that she needed to read more scriptures in order for her deceased relatives to be able to go to the sky.

Huang Yin listened to Lu Junhong's words and set up Fotai recite or chant scriptures. At home. Every day according to Lu Junhong said, fixed-point replacement of flowers, fruits, Buddha water.

She also asked her son, recite or chant scriptures, because Lu Junhong had said, "Children will be more meritorious in practicing the law, but it will keep them smart and healthy."

Huang Yin and Liang Ping's "husband and wife double practice", make other believers envy very much. Many believers disagree with their loved ones or family members, leading to marital discord or even divorce.

Within 49 days of Liang's death, Huang Yin released her life every seven days. For a full year from 2015 to 2016, she kowtowed 108 heads in front of the Buddha's platform and read it twice a day.

The first time 108 head, Huang Yin knocked for more than an hour, the whole body empty lying on the bed, a long time to slow down.

This year, Huang Yin read 800 "small houses" for her husband, released 20,000 fish, and promised 100 people to practice the spiritual method.

All she did was hope that her husband could go to heaven.

But in March this year, Lu Junhong told her, because the family burned paper money, Liang Ping "fell from the sky."

To Huang Yin, the news was like Liang Ping's death again. She knew that her family did not burn paper money for Liang, and that Lu had said his death was due to "pornography." This gave Huang Yin suspicion of Lu Junhong.

For the first time, she checked Soul Law online and found a large number of posts about Soul Law as a cult. Before that, Lu Junhong told believers that the search engine has ghosts, can not search the Internet Dharma, nor can you see other dharma, otherwise it will damage merit.

Through search, she also stumbled upon an anti-spiritual law group. At that time, there were more than 80 people in the group, and she realized that more people were just as suspicious of the law of the mind as she was. This strengthened her withdrawal from the Spirit.

Her withdrawal was intimidated and cursed by many believers, cursing that her son would be orphaned and that she would die in half a year.

Huang Yin was also introduced to the work of a "spiritual law" believer, after learning that Huang Yin quit, the believer forced Huang Yin to resign.

Lu Junhong calls himself the incarnation of Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Huang Yin used "ridiculous" to describe the days of spiritual practice in the past. To Lu Junhong, she said "just a liar."

In 2014, Huang met Lu himself for the first time on rite, Hong Kong, and worshiped the division. Before going to rite, Huang had dreamed many times that she had been asked to go to visit her teacher, which she thought was an instruction to her.

After teacher worship, Huang Yin got a small red book, which read "Lu Junhong disciple Certificate", the inside page is disciple's code and name.

Lu Junhong told her that if he encountered difficulties or was ill, put his disciple's certificate on his chest, his body would come to rescue. Disciple's card is also a ticket to the believers.

Huang Yin said: Lu Junhong claimed to be the embodiment of the Quan Yin Bodhisattva. He has planted lotus flowers in the sky for the believers of the "spiritual Dharma," and will join him in "heaven" in the future.

At that time Huang Yin did not question this, she believed that the Quan Yin Bodhisattva was beneficial to the public, and Lu Junhong advocated "eat vegetarian sutras" are also good, are good, I believe Lu Junhong will not be wrong. "it's ridiculous to think about it now." She said.

The Chinese Buddhist Association has also responded to Lu Junhong and Soul Dharma.

In a statement on June 13, 2014, a spokesman for the China Buddhist Association pointed out that in the history of Chinese Buddhism, there are indeed some high-ranking monks and dads respected by the believers as the incarnation of Buddha Bodhisattva. However, all later Buddhists based on the great deeds of these monks, who never publicly declared that he was the embodiment or spokesman of a Buddha during the life of the great monk and the great monk, the great monk and the great monk never publicly claimed to be the incarnation or spokesman of a Buddha or a Bodhisattva in the world.

The Chinese Buddhist Association believes that although the "spiritual law door" has borrowed some concepts and theories of Buddhism, its understanding of these contents is superficial, it is arbitrary to use, and even to the basic concepts of Buddhism, such as "five connotations", "twelve causes," and so on. All have been misinterpreted, completely inconsistent with Buddhist doctrine, calling on Buddhist believers to be aware of the adverse effects of the "spiritual law" of boycott, so as not to be deceived.

Three months before the Chinese Buddhist Association spoke about "Soul Dharma," a large-scale event was held in Malaysia and Singapore, and 11 major Buddhist groups in Malaysia issued a joint message. Yan Zheng pointed out that "spiritual Dharma" is attached to the Buddhist outside, not trusting Buddhism, urging believers not to be blinded.

According to the China Buddhist Association, it can be seen that "spiritual law" is not in line with Buddhist teachings and is not true to Buddhism. It is a consensus of the international Buddhist community.

In addition to calling himself a Quan Yin Bodhisattva, Lu Junhong also has a number of "glamorous" identities. He claims to have won many "heavyweight" international awards, such as the World Peace Ambassador, the Commonwealth National Community Special contribution Award and many other "heavyweight" international awards. But these awards, the title is true and false doubt.

Lu claimed that the U.S. Congress awarded him the World Peace Ambassador Award on March 26, 2014. Reporters inquired about the U. S. Congressional website, did not find the prize, nor can find Lu Junhong's Chinese and English names.

He said the United Nations gave him the title of "Ambassador for Education Peace" on March 24, 2014, but the United Nations did not have the award.

Lu also claimed to have won the ICD Award for Outstanding contribution to World Peace at the 2013 Global Summit on Cultural diplomacy in Berlin, Germany. Beijing News posted on ICD's website to obtain a list of events at the 2013 Global Summit on Cultural diplomacy in Berlin, Germany, which did not record the ICD Award for Outstanding contributions to World Peace, and no further enquiries about the award in other years.

According to reporters, Lu Junhong, an Australian overseas Chinese, was born in 1959 in Shanghai, China, and his father once taught at Shanghai Opera School. Influenced by his father, Lu Junhong has been familiar with Jinghu, Beijing Erhu, Liu Qin and Yueqin since primary school. He is good at playing plate drums and all kinds of percussion instruments, then studying in Shanghai Opera School, studying opera guidance, actively participating in various performances during the school, and after graduation in Shanghai Jingan Yue Theater as a conductor.

After going abroad, Lu Junhong turned himself into a Buddhist master.

After setting up the radio station, Lu Junhong developed the members of the organization in a manner similar to that of the pyramid marketing organization by hosting programs such as Xuanyi Overview, Xuanyi question and answer, and so on, to tell the fate of the audience. The law of the mind is also used to form a scale.

In recent years, the "spiritual law" has been questioned by many people, and has been repeatedly falsified. At the end of 2015, Soul Law was also accused of impersonating people's Web pages (9.910,-0.05,-0.50%) with articles promoting Lu Junhong.

Fabricate evil theories, manipulate believers in the spirit.

Huang Yin said: in addition to self-deification, Lu Junhong also created anxiety and spiritual manipulation of believers by fabricating heretical theories.

On many occasions, "spirituality" became a high-frequency word in Lu Junhong's mouth. In fact, his so-called "spirituality" refers to ghosts. "spiritual possession" is also known as "ghost upper body".

"you're messing with spirituality. There's a man on your waist. I'm here to ask Bodhisattva for you to live a little longer," Lu said to a wheelchair believer at the (TW) meeting of Buddha Friends of Lu Junhong World on Oct. 2, 2016. The believer's abdominal cancer has spread.

"I see a spirit in your mother's brain, a man, to cross over, and your mother to read the sutras 17 times a day, or else she will be depressed." At the same meeting, Lu told a believer who consulted about his mother's health.

Watching Totem is a way for Lu Junhong to "cure" his followers. He claims to have the magic power, which is able to look at the location, shape, and color of the totem according to the year of birth, the zodiac signs, and the sex, the space and time provided by the people, and to understand the person's past life, this life, karma, and so on. Not only can cure the present disease, but also can cure the disease.

In response to whether "see totem" conforms to Buddhist teachings, a spokesman for the China Buddhist Association said earlier that according to the "spiritual law", "see totem" means that everyone has an animal "totem" corresponding to their own genus in the sky. Through the observation of this totem, you can know the good and bad fortune of human beings. Buddhist classics and teachings have never been used to "see totem". Astrology, fortune and evil fortune in pursuit of profit, in the classic is called "life of evil life," is strictly prohibited by Buddhist precepts.

Cancer, AIDS, infertility, mental illness, cerebral palsy, vegetative diseases and other diseases have been cured by believers in the book selected examples of Psychotherapy for Diseases treated by Psychiatry (selected examples of Psychiatry Therapy), a book compiled by Soul Dharma, which includes cancer, HIV / AIDS, infertility, mental and psychological diseases, cerebral palsy, vegetative diseases and other diseases.

Many believers listen to Lu Junhong's words, sick do not go to the hospital, delay treatment, once a person died, Lu Junhong also said that the patient with a very heavy "industry," if not to learn the "spiritual law" can not go so smoothly.

In fact, Lu often uses vague statements to guess what the believer is facing. If he guesses, he asks the crowd to applaud, and misguesses him and cleverly shifts the subject.

At one rite scene, Lu Junhong speculated that a female believer had a ceramic Guanyin Bodhisattva in her home. After the believer denied it, Lu changed the subject and said that the glass of her balcony would shine in the evening, and there would be fairies there.

The "Three Magic Weapons" of "Psychology Method"

"recite or chant scriptures, release, make a wish" is known as the "dharma of the mind" of the "three magic weapon."

Whether it is a believer's illness or the death of his family, Lu Junhong's prescription is more or less included, and the number of sutras and releases varies depending on the severity of the believer's illness.

"you have to release 25000 fish and read 760 small houses," Lu once told a believer who had spread abdominal cancer.

The "small house" here is not a real house, but the scripture count of yellow paper, there are hundreds of hollow dots on the paper, read the scripture, click, until all after burning. In fact, Lu Junhong wantonly orchestrated the four Buddhist mantra (Heart Sutra, Great tragedy mantra, Life mantra, Seven Buddhas to destroy sin) into a combination.

Lu Junhong said, "small houses in the sky is a big energy, underground is a large ticket," a small house in the ground can top 10 gold bars, "small houses can eliminate evil barriers, debt repayment."

According to some believers, it takes at least an hour to complete a small house. No matter what the problem, Lu often asked believers to read small houses, a short time to read dozens or even hundreds.

"the dream met the dead to read, the work to read problems, the husband and wife to read, this is not finished and then the next, will never be over, you have to continue to read the scripture." Huang Yin said.

She used to read at least eight "little houses" a day. Every time she finished reading, she found her mouth very sore. After a long time, she whispered and pressed the counter. When her son spoke to her, she waved her hand: "go away, Mom is reciting the sutras."

Everyone who joins the Spirit has his own cause.

Bad work, family conflicts, physical problems, and mental illness will all be opportunities for believers to join the spiritual law. And by joining them, they believe that as long as they practice the law of the mind, everything will be better.

Disciple Li Ling's son is in poor health. After joining the spiritual law, Lu Junhong told her that his son had an old grandmother who needed to read 172 small houses.

On July 6, Li Ling told Beijing News that she worshipped Lu Junhong as a division, and every day recite or chant scriptures kept her out of her normal life, and her friends were gradually estranged.

In Huang Yin's view, the best thing about the "three magic weapon" is that recite or chant scriptures, often reads it a thousand times. People also become dizzy.

For release, the animals are mainly fish, shrimp, crabs, clams and so on. Huang Yin said that because these are easy to eat animals, and people in certain industries, such as cooks, insecticidal cleaners, abortion doctors, slaughterers, and so on, should often be released to hedge against disasters, better find opportunities to change jobs. When released, you should also read the sutra to protect your body.

Another magic weapon of "spiritual Dharma" is "wish", which refers to meditating in front of Bodhisattva or asking Bodhisattva to bless him and solve his own problems. At the same time, he will become a vegetarian in the first year of junior high school, do not kill life, print books, and so on. There are also believers who wish that they will no longer be engaged in marital affairs, resulting in tension between husband and wife.

Founder Lu Junhong's trick of collecting money

Every year, Lu Junhong holds a number of rite events in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macao and other places, and participating in rite is regarded as the best way to gain merit. Some monks are also pulled to rite on July 6. A monk who has participated in rite told Beijing News journalist that after joining rite, he found: "the believers go to brainwashing to buy things completely on rite, and they don't get any correct Buddhism knowledge."

Rite's first agenda is to illuminate religious instruments, including landscape paintings, porcelain Bodhisattva, and so on.

Lu Junhong has repeatedly told believers that bathrooms and kitchens are the most unclean and haunted places. Pastes the landscape painting can improve the feng shui, guarantees the home to be safe.

A few cents a printed landscape painting, after Lu Junhong light, according to the size of the different prices of 30,50,100,200250 yuan to sell. The statue of Bodhisattva at the rite scene was also sold at the price of more than 1,000 yuan.

Before a rite, the Hong Kong study Group issued a public announcement calling on everyone to "make great efforts" to make up for hundreds of thousands of yuan in stage lighting and sound payments.

Some believers found that Lu Junhong asked each group of practitioners absolutely not to set up merit boxes, do not raise funds, do not collect money. He himself has publicly set up a kungfu box on rite held around the world.

Lu Junhong had a grand worship ceremony for the teacher, although he claimed that it was free to most believers, but many of his co-practitioners' team leaders would watch people dispense with dishes, implying that the prepared disciples with strong economic power, presented with a heavy gift and gold, could be given a separate and small instruction. In order to achieve the purpose.

One believer mentioned in her experience that she had donated 80,000 yuan at a time, and her income was basically donated to "Lu Junhong" in addition to the necessary expenses, resulting in serious discord within the family. In May 2015, a female believer sold her home privately. 1.23 million yuan all donated to Lu Junhong rely on the establishment of the entity-Dongfangtai Secretariat.

The release of the first and fifteenth year of junior high school is also a major expenditure of the believers. Release is generally organized by a group of practitioners. Zhang Jing, a believer in Guangzhou, recalled that when released, he could not take pictures with a law or photo. Instead, he gave the money to the organizer to show how much he would let go of the fish. But I don't know where the fish are, and I don't have an account. Sometimes at the scene, and even organizers say, buy more fish, on-site extra money to continue to release.

In addition, Soul Dharma publishes a print-aid account on its official blog, attracting donations from believers in the name of printed books.

In Soul Law, believers donate, print books, release and make calendars, propaganda fans and other expenses, can not be said. Lu Junhong says that "if you say it, you miss it, you don't do it," and it even harms merit.

As a result, in addition to individuals, there are receipts issued by the Australian Oriental Media to promote Dharma Charity. Many people do not know how much money the believers have spent and how much they have donated to Lu Junhong.

Police confirmed that between March 2010 and May 2015, local believers sent a total of 842 funds to the "Orientale Australia" account, amounting to more than 6.41 million yuan worth of personal names.

According to relevant departments, Lu Junhong organizes believers to participate in more than 10 large-scale rite events held in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, and other places every year, as well as through the establishment of merit boxes, the organization of teacher worship ceremonies, and the peddling of related articles. Release and other means of illegal enrichment, annual acquisition of illegal property as high as hundreds of millions.
