Children are not good at expression, what should we do?

We are always busy making up for this class for our children. We are always afraid of failing to learn and being overtaken by other children. We've had a big circle, but the most important concern is how kids learn to influence their emotional intelligence as early as possible.

"There is a child who is the same age as his son and is in the same class, and every time he goes out to play, no matter what he plays, buys or even orders a children's package, the son listens to other people's opinions. Friend says, this shows my son lacks independent opinion in interpersonal communication. "

Does your child have similar performance above? Should this assert a child's lack of leadership and talent?

Children's obedience often makes parents worry about their children's lack of assertiveness and self-confidence. The causes of this situation can be varied:

1. Accept your child's personality as a result of temperament, and don't reveal feelings like "you're hopeless." Slowly guide the child to build up self-confidence, stimulate his competitive consciousness, and encourage him to speak out boldly in the collective.

2. Factors affecting the environment are the relatively single family circle in Australia, with children having less social activities except in schools. We should take the initiative to create conditions for children's communication, such as more interaction with local friends, neighbors, classmates, and increase the opportunities for children to contact and play. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the negative factors of the child's partner group, consider promoting the child's cognitive, physical and other aspects of development, on the other hand, the child can enter a group of children younger than his age, encourage him to lead the partner to solve the problem, so as to gradually develop the child's self-confidence, leadership and competitive consciousness, and then let him into the group of children of his own age, he will not be inferior because of poor performance, lack of talent and inferiority.

Parents should have correct attitude and method when educating their children. (1) Cultivate children's sense of autonomy and competition. In the home, the child's affairs let him do, do not arrange to replace, enhance the child's self-service ability; in addition, through competition and other ways to stimulate the child's good will to win and participate in the competition. We should respect the laws of nature, do not advance education, and strive for success. (4) The family atmosphere should be relaxed, warm and democratic, neither over-indulgent nor unquestioned or harsh, more contact with the child, and create conditions for him to socialize with his partners.

When we look at the personal achievements and experiences of many great leaders, the truth is that many of them belong to exactly that kind of children.

Susan Kane, who graduated from Harvard University, said in her TED speech:

Seventy percent of the world's successful people are introverted and unsociable.

Bill Gates, the world's richest man, is unspeakable, alone, and loves to study new technologies.

Buffett also suffered from childhood autism, staring at a toothbrush for two hours;

Mr. Jobs's childhood experiences gave him an introverted personality, religion and brand philosophy for simplicity.

It can be seen that introverted personality, poor communication, poor words and other external performance cannot be the child's leadership judgment or basis.

So what are the criteria for children's leadership? What exactly is child leadership?

Alan Nelson, author of Child Leadership, replied:

Leadership is a process that helps people get together to do things that individuals can't do, and leaders are the people who make it happen.

Children's potential leadership is to stimulate participants to show their potential talents in foreseeing, planning, organizing, communicating, making decisions and implementing through specific events.

Our m53 action team is designed to build this potential and arranges participants to demonstrate leadership potential at all stages of the action. Achieve team action goals with experienced coaches.
