According to the Daily Mail, a revolutionary architect spent eight months and A $70,000 to build a tree house in a picturesque rainforest that was popular with short-term tenants. But now, the treehouse has been asked to be demolished.

Taylor (Murray Arthur Taylor), a man from Byron Bay (Byron Bay), is reported to have bought a piece of land in (Upper Crystal Creek Road), Upper Crystal Creek Road, in 2015 and started building a tree house in 2016. The tree house was popular with tenants on Airbnb, a short-term rental platform, from which Taylor could earn more than A $40, 000.

But on April 5, Taylor received a development restraining order asking him to stop renting the tree house because the property was built on some public land without permission.

The local council also said the tree house was a security hazard, but Taylor denied it. He said he had taken into account the surrounding woods in building the property and placed it in three places that could bear 9 tons of weight.

Taylor said the demolition of the tree house would put considerable financial pressure on his family.

However, Judge Preston (Brian Preston) ultimately backed the parliament and said the tree house was built in violation of local regulations, and Taylor was never approved by parliament. In response, Taylor said he did not seek parliamentary approval because he knew it would require him to remove trees, contrary to his intention to build a tree house.

In the end, Judge Preston asked Taylor to demolish the popular tree house within three months and pay a $25,000 legal fee to Parliament.

Taylor said helplessly that he would comply with the court's requirements.
