According to the Herald Sun, two Sydney women were allegedly molested by the same man, touching their legs and buttocks while travelling on a train.

The New State Police Traffic and Public Safety Command said the man in question had been arrested and charged with indecent assault.

It is reported that the first sexual assault occurred on Saturday, May 12, at about 12: 50 noon. Before the incident, a man reportedly boarded the train from the (Tuggerah) railway station on the central coast and sat next to a 23-year-old woman.

Police alleged that the man then reached out and touched her legs and buttocks. After the victim escaped, she got off at the (Hornsby) train station in Cumby and called the police.

该女子随后逃开，在车士活（Chatswood）火车站下车后报了警。

新州警方今早证实，交通与公共安全指挥部的警员于昨天上午11:30左右在巴拉玛打（Parramatta）拘捕了一名34岁男子。他被指控两项猥亵侵犯罪，被获准有条件保释，将于7月16日在巴拉玛打地方法院（Parramatta Local Court）提堂。
