Beat the well-known supermarkets, South Australian grocery chain Foodland won the most satisfied supermarket

South Australian grocery chain Foodland exceeds some of Australia's major supermarkets in terms of customer satisfaction (Daily Mail photo).


According to the Daily Mail, a little-known grocery chain in South Australia surpassed some of Australia's major supermarkets in customer satisfaction, according to a new survey by Roy Morgan (Roy Morgan), a research firm.

It is reported that Roy Morgan will conduct an annual survey of more than 50, 000 Australians to assess customer satisfaction with nine categories of goods in supermarkets, and get the "supermarket satisfaction report" (Supermarket Satisfaction Report).

The latest results show that independent supermarket chain Foodland has more customer satisfaction than Aldi. In the six months leading up to October, an average of 91 percent of customers were satisfied with the supermarket. Aldi accounted for 89 percent of its customers and 85 percent of its customers, while another big supermarket, Woolworths, ranked fifth, at 80 percent, at 84 percent.

It is reported that Foodland in bread, dairy products, cooked food category of the highest satisfaction; Aldi satisfaction is the highest in fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, meat, and groceries and other categories; Woolworths in packaging food and seafood customer satisfaction leading.

Compared with Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, Woolworths leads in seafood, packaged food, cooked food and daily groceries, while Coles is better at bread, dairy, fresh fruit and meat.
