The young British ski coach was arrested and accused of assaulting and sexually assaulting tourists on Snowy Mountains.
Matthew Williams, 28, is accused of following a 25-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman from the Jindabyne bar early Thursday morning.

On Wednesday, the ski coach was tried in Queanbeyan District Court. He was charged with serious sexual assault and serious bodily injury on two counts of assault.
He did not apply for bail and was officially denied bail.
The case will return to court in a few weeks.
Outside the court, Matthew Williams's lawyer, Luke Vozella, told reporters he had "nothing to say."
The alleged victims were tourists and then returned to their hometowns.
The police said the "The victims are recovering from the incident, but it is clear that their psychological impact can be recovered for a long time."
