Two people were killed at the Sydney mansion, sold a week ago in 1.81 million

A villain home in Sydney recently sold for A $1.81 million last week, according to the Daily Mail. On Valentine's Day 25 years ago, a serial killer held two women in murder, one of whom was his ex-girlfriend.

The house in (Flagstaff Street), (Gladesville) flagpole street, Gladisville, sold for A $1.81 million last week.

The Sydney house is believed to have been bought last week by owners of a nearby home in (Flagstaff Street), (Gladesville) flagpole street in Gladisville, for A $1.8 million. The buyer intends to push the house down and merge with the next-door property to create a commercial real estate.

Under new state regulations, real estate agents must inform buyers of all important events that affect property sales, including violent deaths. The sale contract has explained to the buyer that the property had been killed.
