A villain home in Sydney recently sold for A $1.81 million last week, according to the Daily Mail. On Valentine's Day 25 years ago, a serial killer held two women in murder, one of whom was his ex-girlfriend.

The Sydney house is believed to have been bought last week by owners of a nearby home in (Flagstaff Street), (Gladesville) flagpole street in Gladisville, for A $1.8 million. The buyer intends to push the house down and merge with the next-door property to create a commercial real estate.
Under new state regulations, real estate agents must inform buyers of all important events that affect property sales, including violent deaths. The sale contract has explained to the buyer that the property had been killed.

It is understood that in 1994, this set of house is still a brothel under the guise of massage. Three years later, Ross was accused of stabbing another victim more than 30 times with a screwdriver while trying to rob an apartment, killing him. But since the police couldn't find the culprit at the time, he was at large.
After being arrested, Ross confessed to his crime when questioned by the police. Police say Ross is definitely a psychopath.
Ross was eventually sentenced to five life sentences, no bail.

The shabby house at 31 (Greendale Street) Greendale Street, (Greenwich), Greenwich, Sydney, also recently went on sale for A $1.8 million.
The shabby house was owned by hoarder Robert (Bruce Roberts), who died of a heart attack in July 2017. In June, cleaners were cleaning the shabby house when they found a carpeted corpse. Police have confirmed Snellman (Shane Snellman), who has a minor criminal record, was killed by gunshot wounds.
The shabby house will be auctioned off on August 25th.
