最新调查显示，墨尔本的火车体验全国最差，其次是悉尼。澳洲西部地区火车乘客满意度最高。乘客最讨厌的是大声聊电话和咳嗽。

 

据报道，市场调研公司Canstar Blue采访超过3 000名乘客，对澳洲5大城市的铁路交通进行排名。

墨尔本铁路系统排名垫底，批评主要集中在列车脏乱、Myki智能卡系统老旧以及票价过高。

不过2015年的一项调查显示，墨尔本的票价比昆州和新州都要低。

调研公司编辑唐斯（Simon Downes）表示，结果显示墨尔本的火车体验“相当不乐观”。

他向表示：“每个铁路系统都有缺陷，而且大部分人都会理解，无论是延误、拥挤还是高峰时段的其他问题。但如果这些问题变成常态的话，乘客就很容易变得愤怒了。”

今年，墨尔本铁路系统发生了一连串工程故障。调查显示，墨尔本的查票员是全国最“多管闲事”的查票员，还喜欢罚款。

超过50%的墨尔本受访者表示他们的行程经常延误，而柏斯受访者只有15%表示面对类似状况。70%的墨尔本受访者表示火车过度拥挤。

墨尔本、阿德莱德和柏斯的乘客对夜间出行感到不安全的比例最高。不过，还是有大部分受访者感到安全。

墨尔本铁路只有时刻表方面达到了平均分，舒适度和总体满意度都没能跻身前列。

周一，维州州长安德鲁（Daniel Andrews）宣布斥资20亿澳元购买65列城际新车。新车将从2019年开始使用，并于克兰本（Cranbourne）到佩肯汉（Pakenham）线路首发，将为乘客提供多20%的空间。

Melbourne Railway has reached its deadline for 53 months in a row, with 92 percent of trains in August, the Victoria State Public Transport Association (Public Transport Victoria) said.

Sydney residents are more satisfied with Australia's (Opal) and ticket prices than Melbourne. Recently, Sydney Railway announced the withdrawal of weekly travel concessions, causing daily commuter dissatisfaction.

However, Sydney train passengers are satisfied with service, timetables and comfort. These aspects have all improved compared with 2015.

Train passengers in Kunzhou are most dissatisfied with fares. According to the survey, train fares in Kunzhou are the most expensive in the country.

Brisbane passengers, however, scored high on comfort, cleanliness and overall satisfaction, and felt the safest.

Adelaide passengers are generally satisfied with the train service and complaints about congestion are decreasing year by year.

Perth passengers scored the highest on the railway system. Perth Traffic (Transperth) was rated 5 stars in terms of ticketing, comfort, reliability and scheduling.

"there is also a decline in complaints about congestion and antisocial behaviour among Burns passengers compared to a year ago," the report said.

Fifty-eight percent of respondents said the most annoying behavior was talking loudly or talking on the phone, while 54 percent said they also hated coughing and sneezing.

Nearly half of respondents said they hated the smell of their neighbors, and 45 percent said they could not bear to play loud music and children.

However, most passengers do not object to chatting with strangers. Only 6% of respondents said chatting with strangers would be unpleasant.
