The Australian girl was brutally suffocated with plastic bags by neighbors, and the murderer was acquitted after sexual assault.

Australian 5-year-old Chloe Hoson was brutally suffocated with plastic bags and sexually assaulted, then dumped in the river! The killer of this case was acquitted and released in court!

, Tim Kosowicz reportedly admitted to strangling Chloe. in 2003. But he also said he was in the haze of schizophrenia at the time of the crime.

Case history

It is reported that Kosowicz lives next to the victim. On the day of the murder, Chloe accidentally knocked over a bowl of marijuana while playing with Kosowicz's kitten. Angrily Kosowicz dragged her into her bedroom and pinched her neck with his hand. After discovering that Chloe was still breathing, Kosowicz smothered her face with a plastic bag and sexually assaulted her. Then he threw Chloe's body into the river. The girl's body was later found in Lansvale, southwest Sydney.

Considering Kosowicz's history of mental illness, the New State Supreme Court acquitted Kosowicz of murder and released him in court.

Now, Kosowicz has left the mental hospital and returned to his parents' home in Victoria.

Chloe's father, Michael Hoson, said on the spot: "the system should be changed, whether sober or insane, if you commit a crime, you should be locked up."

Last year, the Mental Health Review Court was considering a recommendation to release mentally ill offenders to the community without notifying the police.

Can't understand, even if there is mental illness, also can not say so casually let go, a good child is so brutally killed, the murderer is not to get the punishment should be intolerable.
