The Chinese were repatriated on the spot! Just destroy the green card!

With the globalization, emigration has gradually become a major trend. Some developed countries, such as Australia, the United States, Canada, and so on, welcome a large number of temporary residents or immigrants every year.

With the surge in immigration, immigration policies are tightening and demanding more and more.

In response to national demands, airport customs inspections are increasingly demanding.

Just in July, a Chinese student studying in Australia was immediately repatriated after a police spot-checked his cell phone content at Melbourne airport and found video and memes suspected of violating the rules. Then the student checked the status of the visa again, surprised to find that the visa has been cancelled!

This is not bad.

Last year, a 24-year-old Chinese man was denied possession of "porn" involving children in his computer. He was not only arrested by Australian Customs, but also sentenced to 18 months.

Yeah, worse than repatriation! He went to jail in Australia before being sent back to his home country.

So, is there anything worse than this, yes!

After decades of hard work with PR, I didn't expect to go back to liberation overnight!

The Chinese-language media, the overseas Chinese Daily and the World Daily, reported recently that four Chinese were intercepted when they returned to the United States from China on their return to the United States because of their criminal convictions, confiscated green cards on the spot, and then repatriated them.

It is reported that the four Chinese are Fujian nationals, have green cards in the United States for many years, and have criminal convictions. When they returned from China to the United States, they were stopped by the customs and sent back to China directly on the plane. Both messages are raising concerns among Chinese communities about tighter immigration policies.

In July, a man surnamed Zheng, who was active in the New York Chinese Society and also served as president of a Fujian native, came to the United States for decades and had a legal status. But when flying back to New York from China, immigration officials found a record and were denied entry on the spot.

In this way, before he had a rest on the ground, he got on the plane and was sent directly back to China.

After the announcement, many Chinese in New York felt at risk, but it was not expected that the same experience would happen again in August.

Since Zheng's experience was published, some Chinese returning from China to the United States have become extra careful. So three Chinese men deliberately bypassed New York and moved into other cities, but were still intercepted and repatriated.

It is learned that the three people, all of whom are villagers of Fujian origin, have travelled to and from China and the United States many times before while other presidents were in power, but were intercepted and repatriated when they returned to the United States after doing business or visiting relatives from their hometown this time.

According to people familiar with the matter, since the news that President Zheng was intercepted in New York, some of the three have diverted to Los Angeles, others have flown to Seattle in the belief that they will be able to get through the border easily, and one of them is still in New York.

But at the time, customs immigration officials from the computer found their crime in the United States, so ordered their repatriation, and on the spot confiscated his green card and destroyed!

It is reported that these four Chinese have been in the United States for many years, have green cards, and also have criminal convictions, but in the past no problems have been encountered between China and the United States. Community figures believe this is related to Trump's request to border law enforcement officials to strictly enforce the immigration law after taking office.

With regard to the increasingly tight immigration policies of various countries, the editor reminds fellow countrymen that they must abide by the law and learn more about the law on weekdays, and that if convicted of violating the law leaves a criminal record, it may eventually outweigh the gains and losses.

In Australia, for example, customs forbids illegal pornography and other objectionable materials. This includes materials with child pornography, violence, incitement to crime and violence, advocacy of terrorist activities, as well as hard drives, computers, and mobile phone devices with such content.

In the green countries above, it is shown that sound child protection laws have been put in place and that child pornography is generally defined as viewing, browsing, downloading, purchasing and storing pictures and videos containing child pornography. Behavior such as virtual products (video games).

Simply put, in countries such as Australia where there are sound porn laws, it is not a problem to download and watch ordinary porn, which does not constitute a private act of profit or dissemination, and it is an individual's freedom.

Carrying a small piece of porn into Australia may only be confiscated, fined or prosecuted on the spot, but once labeled "children" and "minors", it becomes a serious violation of the law! You can face 10 years in prison and a fine of four hundred and fifty thousand Australian dollars for carrying child sex crime materials!

If you have video in your phone, there may also be copyright issues. You should know that foreign countries take this issue very seriously.

Students who are found to be carrying prohibited items may be subject to cancellation of their visas. And the person who owns PR, if serious, can also be removed from identity.

Don't think that only a temporary visa can be cancelled, even if you get Australian permanent residence PR, if you violate the visa rules, it is also possible to cancel.

Remember, getting permanent residency doesn't mean you have an amulet. Do not temporarily do not check, after decades of hard work, took the PR but was hit back before liberation.
