Uber open the helicopter submarine service! The Great Barrier Reef Open the New Experience of Tourism

You must have never sat like this before.

Vacationers will be able to book helicopters and submarines to visit the Great Barrier Reef by sharing the travel software Uber. It is part of a multimillion-dollar global marketing campaign announced by Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) on Thursday.

The scUber campaign, which cost 3 million yuan, was announced in front of the global media.

This is the first time a global government has worked with Uber, and tourists will be able to book helicopters and submarines to enjoy the opportunity to visit the Great Barrier Reef.

Such a unique experience will begin on 27 May and continues until 18 June. The cost of the two was $3,000. TEQ hopes the event will open a new era for tourism in the Great Barrier Reef. Just like a decade ago, Best Job in the World has taken the area to the world stage.

TEQ hopes that this event will attract 1.4 million visitors to the Great Barrier Reef in the next three years, and will increase the spending of overnight visitors on the Great Barrier Reef by an additional 1.8 billion yuan. The event focused on key tourism markets in Queensland, including the United States, Canada, France, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Kate Jones, a director of the Kunming Tourism Office, said the scUber event will bring more visitors to the region and break the wrong impression that the Great Barrier Reef is in a recession.

"The Great Barrier Reef is our most precious tourist resource, which will bring the tourists a new way to experience this great natural wonders. We can use Uber's powerful consumer groups to present the Great Barrier Reef to North America and Europe. This is a message to the world that the Great Barrier Reef is still the most beautiful place in the world."

Chief Executive Leanne Codington said the activity was regular, as the Best Job activity in 2009 has attracted the attention of the world.

"The research we carried out last year showed that riding a submarine was the number one desire on the list of tourists, and the marketing campaign turned their wishes into a display, and in the next four weeks, a few lucky ones could tell the world about the story, Show the Great Barrier Reef you've never seen before."

Susan Anderson, general manager of Uber Australia and New Zealand, said the company was excited to be part of this innovative activity.

"We are looking forward to seeing the visitors welcome the new style of the Great Barrier Reef and, in the next few years, become an extension of the Great Barrier Reef."
