Australian town for sale! Just $500000! 37 hectares of 12 houses, with aprons!

Australia's high house prices have been criticized for a long time, and the median price of A $1 million is unfriendly to first-time buyers.

If I told you, just five hundred thousand, you could have a whole town?

A property in Kunzhou gives buyers a relatively cheap choice.

According to the Daily Mail, the Kunzhou town of Ellie Creek (Allies Creek) is on sale for just A $500000.

The town of Ellie Creek offered only A $ five hundred thousand for sale as a whole.

Ellie Creek is 60 kilometers south of (Mundubbera) in Mondoubera, about five hours by car from Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland. The town covers an area of 37 hectares and has 12 houses. Each house is in good construction conditions and has been connected to water and electricity.

The town is also equipped with helipads, tennis courts, freshwater lakes, large shacks and a community hall with a barbecue area.

Real estate agent Mayer (Danielle Meyer) said: "this property has great potential for development and can be used to do anything. At such a price, there is no comparable property in Kunzhou. "

Owner Williams (Natali Williams) and her husband bought the town eight years ago and originally planned to turn it into a trailer park. In 2015, Williams listed the town for sale for the first time after her husband died, when he offered A $2.1 million. Williams has since cut his offer several times and has yet to reach a deal.

A few weeks ago, a 96-square-metre dilapidated house on Sydney's inner west side was sold for more than A $1 million. The shabby house has no kitchen, walls are crumbling, and the bathroom doesn't even have a roof.

No comparison is no harm, like quiet hope to stay away from the noise and limited budget friends might as well think about it!
