Hamilton Island, a part of the Great Barrier Reef, is located on the eastern coast of Queensland, one of the 74 islands in Whitsuns.

Hamilton Island is the only island with a commercial airport on the Whitsundays islands (airport code: HTI), has a direct flight between Sydney,Melbourne,Brisbane and Cairns. At the same time, from the coastal city of Airlie Beach (Airlie Beach) on mainland, it takes about an hour for ferry to travel to and from Hamilton Island, every day.
Private cars are unable to drive on Hamilton Island, Island with two free bus routes, blue and green, covering the island's main attractions and hotels. In addition, visitors can rent an electric car similar to a golf cart as a walking tool and need to hold a valid driver's license that can be used in Australia.
