Hot index is not rating, it reflects the extent of how tourists know it. Hot index is nothing to do with whether the attraction is good or not, an attraction that everyone knows may not be good, one that nobody knows may not be bad.
1: Almost no one knows
2: Rare people know
3: Some people know

King Island Dairy, located in (Bass Strait), Tasmania's Bess Strait, is one of Australia's most prestigious cheese-making factories on (King Island), the island of the outlying states.
King Island Dairy produces high-quality French Camembelle cheese, brie cheese and blue cheese, in addition to traditional Cheddar cheese, hard cheese, yogurt and delicious thick lump cream. The cheese is award-winning and comes from 7500 cows from 25 milk farms on the island. Here, visitors can visit dairy shops, taste the many dairy products on King's Island and watch the ripening of cheese in the cellar. In 2002, King's Island Dairy celebrated its 100th anniversary and became Australia's oldest cheese producer.
