Introduction

Hope Islands National Park is located at the northernmost end of Queensland's famous World Heritage Great Barrier Reef, (Great Barrier Reef), near the inland sea of the mainland, and on the sea east of (Cape York Peninsula), Cape York Peninsula, at the northernmost end of the Australian mainland. Roughly between Cairns and (Cooktown), the largest town on the Cape York Peninsula.

Hope Islands National Park consists of four islands, the East Hope Island, (East Hope), the West Hope Island, (West Hope), Snape Island, (Snapper Island), and Strange Island, (Struck Island). West Hope Island cobblestones all around, full of tenacious mangroves, East Hope Island has a fine beach, coastal apricot and mangrove trees such as the growth of the lush. The island is an important nesting site for the turtledove and an important sea home for the Kukuyani aborigines.

East Hope Island has campsites where visitors can camp in the jungle, take a walk along the coast, watch birds, go snorkeling or diving to explore the infinite mysteries of life in coral reefs.
