Introduction
Currie Lighthouse is located on King Island, the largest town and administrative center on the west coast of (King Island), Gary (Currie), Island is an outlying island on (Bass Strait) in the Bess Channel of Tasmania.
Built in 1879 and 21 meters high, Currie Lighthouse is a square pyramid truss lighthouse that has now been converted into a museum near the lighthouse's former administrator's room for visitors.
