Every year between Christmas and the New year, The Taste of Tasmania is held at Salamanca Square (Salamanca Place), Tasmania's capital, Hobart. It's a big holiday, with nearly a hundred food stalls each year. There will be plenty of fresh local food and wine, as well as delicious food from other countries.
