Introduction
Devonport is the northern port city of Tasmania, the third largest city in Tasmania, about 280 km from the capital Horbart of Tasmania and about 102 km from the second largest city, Longseston (Launceston).
Devonport is a quiet seaport town, the seat of the Tasmanian Spirit (Spirit of Tasmania) wharf ferry to and from Melbourne and Tasmania, which has become an important symbol of the city.
