Introduction

Bunbury is a small coastal town on the southwest coast of Western Australia, about 175 kilometers from the capital Perth Western Australia.

Bunbury is known for its dolphins, about 90 of which have lived for decades in the west of the city's cabana bay (Koombana Bay), which is planned as a designated area of interaction between humans and dolphins. The Dolphin Exploration Center (Dolphin Discovery Centre), located on the edge of Kabana Beach (Koombana Beach), provides visitors with a comprehensive set of knowledge about dolphin life and history. Dolphins appear on the beach irregularly, but the frequency increases slightly in the summer. The Exploration Center provides visitors with manuals on viewing and interactive considerations, special the interaction between tourists and dolphins is completely free and unregulated.
