The scandal of improper recruitment of party members has stirred up the loss of three heads of office in Virginia

Kelloz resigned as chief of staff this morning

Virginia`s labour party resigned this morning government another director, Marlene Kairouz, on suspicion of improperly recruiting a party member, the third andrews (Daniel Andrews) cabinet member to lose his black hat since the media kicked off the scandal on sunday.

At the heart of the scandal, the head of the small business and local affairs department ,iek (Adem Somyurek), resigned yesterday morning, but governor andrews later announced that he would not be given the opportunity to resign, but would be removed directly from his office.

And while mr. scott (Robin Scott) and mr. carroz, two of mr. somirik`s allies in the same faction of the virginia labour party, told mr. andrews that they were not involved in illegal recruitment, under increasing pressure, mr. scott resigned as head of veterans affairs last night and mr. carroz resigned as head of consumer affairs this morning.

Scott and Kelloz announced their resignations on the grounds that they would avoid distracting government ""and putting pressure on their families.

All three former heads of office said they had not improperly recruited party members and looked forward to clarification in the investigation by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (IBAC) and the police in Virginia.

Andrews said yesterday morning that he would seek to dismiss Missolic from the Australian Labour Party and that his accusation had been referred to the ICAC and the police for investigation.

The governor also claimed that he would not have asked Scott and Kelloz to resign as directors during the police and ICAC investigations.

On sunday night, station 9 broadcast a joint investigation of "60 minutes "and" times ", which reported that somirik had "improper recruitment ".

The so-called "improper recruitment" refers to the recruitment of members for the local branch of a political party in order to potentially influence the outcome of the candidate.

Paying membership fees for others is against Labour rules. Party members must sign a form stating that they have paid for their membership.

stealthie images show mr. somirik taking 2000 yuan from the machine on april 13th and handing over the money and dozens of party forms to a consultant who works for another director, carroz. The consultant then handed the form and cash to the Labour headquarters office.

Although Scott and Keeloz were not filmed, Keeloz`s office advisers were involved in the scandal and filmed, and the media said they were also suspected of involvement in improper recruitment of party members, in the future investigation of the Virginia ICAC and the police may not be able to retreat.

Sound recordings of phone calls from Somyrik and Kelloz released this morning by The Times also show that they appear to be encouraging their office staff to engage in improper recruitment.

The National Executive Committee of the Australian Labour Party will discuss this afternoon measures to deal with improper recruitment of party members by local branches of the Victorian Labour Party.

For his part, the opposition party of Virginia claimed that Governor Andrews was responsible for the "improper recruitment" of the director of his office, since the Labour Party of Virginia had been under his leadership for 10 years.
