Prime Minister Morrison says he agreed to advertise the 13 million horse race at Sydney Opera House (Sydney Opera House) this week.

The prime minister agreed to advertise horse racing at the opera house, saying the opera house was 'the biggest billboard' in Sydney

New state government`s decision to advertise Everest`s horse racing at the Opera House has met with widespread public opposition, with more than 40, 000 people signing petition online.

Morrison defended the new state`s governor Gladys Berejiklian`s decision to accept the ad, saying it "doesn`t have to be thought of."

"this is one of the biggest events of the year." He told a news conference in Blayney in the Midwest of New prefecture.

"Why not advertise on Sydney`s biggest billboard?"

"these activities will bring great economic opportunities to Sydney in the new state. It`s an attempt. I don`t know why people are so affectionate. "

New state governor Berejiklian said earlier today that it was "in the best interests of the community" to promote the Everest Cup at the Opera House World Heritage site.

"I decided to believe it was the right thing to do."

Critics accuse the governor of succumbing to 2GB`s host, Alan Jones, who has called for the dismissal of opera house director Louise Herron., who initially turned down the application of the new state horse racing association.

In a radio interview on Friday, Jones asked Herron:, "who do you think you are? if I were Gladys Berejiklian, I`d pick up the phone and fire you today."

Ms Herron said the opera house would project jockeys` colors, but "We will not put on the camera or text of the horse, the number or name of the horse, or the icon of the Everst cup."

"this is not a billboard."

Soon after, the governor ordered Herron to accept an application for horse racing advertising.

Referring to Jones`s speech to Herron, Ms. Berejiklian said everyone had the right to express their views but should "respectfully" express them.

She said government "has been negotiating this issue for a long time."

"the ads that will be displayed are lower-key than the design that government saw in the first place."
